I was walking on the way to some lesson today and then it started drizzling.
and I remembered how every single time on a thursday at 3.20 exact, it would never ever rain. for the past half a year.
but then today it suddenly rained.
that reminded me of how i broke my promise to God. I felt quite sad that it rained the moment i broke my promise.
then i remembered that someone said during cell.
"God doesn't need us to glorify him"
God is already almighty but it is due to the fact that we love him that we will want to glorify him, no?
and not because he needs the glory.
Suddenly i thought of all the blessings that He has provided me with and then the rain stopped.

God really appears to us when we most need him. The best encouragement I can ever, ever get.

Hmmm it's boxing day
and only means that it is closer to school reopening
and that sucks.
I'm in a state of comfort
and have no wish to move out of it.

Youth camp was good and also a much needed spiritual revival for the dryest season of my life.
I guessed it pretty much touched everyone who came.
I have learnt many new things, forged closer bonds that I really hope to preserve that after camp.

on a side note, dumby is teaching me piano when he himself doesn't know what note he's pressing. we call it playing "by ear" and we rock at it. at least he does. =( sounds quite cheem when we play the chord and the melody together. =)
we can bluff neighbours that we are piano players. =X

watched twilight yesterday with maxine.
i think the movie is much nicer.
hmm, i liked the baseball part the best, cos it wasn't sappy like the other parts and it had a nice song by muse. heh.

Spent most of a precious Wednesday staring at a laptop screen.
Have to return back to sekolah tomorrow again. It's quite fun working with the most retarded people to create a random story out of nothing, but i'm just lazyy to move my butt out of the house so early in the morning. =(
Cycled to Joy's house to collect the forms for Thailand.
Now blogging about it, I feel super excited for Thailand! I was really excited previously, then it died down, and now i'm super excited again!!! =D Haha. It's going to be really fun.

Mental image: Sitting in a plane with Joy Lim and sniggering for no reason. Then Joy might start acting like a hamster in a (quite good) attempt to scare me. And then I can't escape cause she's sitting in the aisle seat so she'll block me. And I'll be so traumatised, I'll come back to Singapore autistic or something. Yupp.

Cycled to the dental clinic for another plucking session.
Cycling is so much faster than mrt.
Just that my bike is in an extremely bad shape.

Went to school with a bloody mouth to meet up with Zhang, Gen and Kim for animania (or something like that). Need to come up with a touching storyline. Touching, hmm.

i went to pluck out my teeth (2) today.
Contrary to many people's wild imagination (and mine)
it is NOT painful.
they numb with some weird paste that tastes spicy (?)
and then double numb it with injections.
but you'll probably not feel the injection by then.
and when the tooth gets plucked out, you don't feel a thing.
after that just eat painkillers
and all you'll have is a bleeding and unsensitive mouth
simple, and non-painful. =D

swim meet was fun.

except i have a VERY INFECTIOUS skin disease now and thus have to be kept away from the general innocent public. no la... it's just that
my skin is so damn itchy. cause of over sweating then after i bathe still itchy and has this moist feeling. the sweat is like still "in me" kind of thing. ee. i feel like a reptile now.

soph and i went over to olson even though we got forced out 0.0 but after that the prefect didn't care anymore =) it was quite fun catching up with oldddd friends like stranger (i mean i don't know her and i still don't =D) and like erm, 1h kiddos. and throwing rice at glenda. it was really funny! cause she was like stoning =O and killing poor babies (balloons) which were conceive by soph and her various "partners" yup. shall not mention. HAHAH. poor her. gen and everyone was tormenting her with, erm, HAHAHA. ok nevermind. =D heeheee. oh and soph and i discovered "the window" which was really really crucial to our survival in the heat. which almost turned us emo and suicidal =O

back to school again :( that reminds me of the slogan... first to bata, then to school.
then again, it's suppose to be Buy And Throw Away. :D mine lasted since sec one. still ok what.

started off the day with discover Jesus week. i didn't really get into the mood for worship. don't know why. the music was really loud and all but no one was singing. really odd. more like watching a band perform. the way pa puts it... the talk was ok iguess. we should appreciate the speaker coming all the way from bedok or something just to speak to a crowd who isn't attentive. as usual good friday and the cross.
maybe i've grown up or something, but i don't feel as guilty anymore. Good friday always gets me awake, questioning myself "what am i doing with the life that God saved? Just wasting it away like that?" If we do what is pleasing in God's eyes, we would not even need to feel the guilt, just the love of God, so much that he sent his son down to die for us.
okok. so there goes the top part which was normally meant to be written in a diary. haha. thats why i have a diary. cause your entire life and thoughts can't just be blogged.

and thanks to all the people who wished me. It's ok if you can't remember or didn't buy me anything. and please don't feel like you need to buy me something. don't.

just came back from sending reuby off.

and i'm already feeling bored.

and it rains like everyday?! what.

woke up early today... 9.50. normally 11.30. so i was sleepy and irritated.

kiasu dad and mum want to reach white sands early. so we went to eat lunch. then go to the terminal to wait for bus. then board ferry. i'm sea sick. lucky only 10min :O

reach there they give us a longlong tour of school 2. show us bunk, game room, equipment...

that part still okay... you should have heard the talk about the vision and mission. sis was like practically picking her nails until cannot pick already. so they said the oath that scared me cause it was so loud and enthu. and in school, students don't even sing the national anthem?

for dinner i asked reuby what they did to brainwash everyone. he say just act loh. scary... :O

so we spent like about 6 hours there. heh.

can't wait for dumby to come on good friday.

boo. it's holidays and i am feeling so much happier :D yay. no reason though. maybe cause of free time just hanging there waiting for the owner (me) to make use of. like i own time and time doesn't own me. :P
saturday went zoo with reuby and his friends. really rushed and zoo is overpriced! 16.50. only angmoh tourist can afford. how about asian tourists leh! and singaporeans! and thats without tram ride. no wonder singapore's tourism is thriving.
i spent my sunday at joy's house playing. haha. and empress! empress says she doesn't want her photos ALL OVER the internet. not like she's so famous people pay a million bucks for her photo la! but she's royalty... so i guess. ahaha. she wants herself kept private. hmm... so me and empress bake a brownie for joy. and empress took a bus to my house HERSELF. wonderful. she called me 3 times while walking to the busstop. maybe in case she screams if somebody wants to mob her, i'll know. hehe. quite fun but tiring. and we didn't even want to leave empress alone at the busstop in case she gets attacked by mas selamat or something. :O royalty ehhhhh... i don't think anyone will actually read this but i'm posting to reach 100 posts which i should have done by long long ago :( boohoo.
in a desperate bid to make my wrist bigger (or fatter, whatever), i searched the internet (wasn't helpful) and all i found was:
number 1: oh, you and me are out of luck... it's genetics... just accept it
number 2: you can't make your wrists bigger unless you put on alot of weight.
number 3: do pull ups
number 4: squeeze a squash ball
...!!! honestly... i think my wrist really looks anorexic. makes me very grossed out by myself :O and i can never get a damn gold for pft cause my pull ups suck. i think got like 3 last year. i doubt my wrist grew from p1. well, at least i got my bro and sis to accompany me in this "wrist disorder" :DD plain evil genes that attack the wrist. :( hmm... haha come to think of it... maybe squeezing a squash ball might help...

hello.
my com is infected with so much virus it can't be switched on so i'm using my mum's laptop.
yeah and i'm very unhappy about it. the laptop is giving me more stress than my EOYs. damn.
everyday my sister is complaining about the spoiled laptop, giving some stupid threathen and i'm done with it man. whats up with "i need a laptop" when all you are actually doing is for entertainment. i hate it when people are connected to something. sure i love the laptop but i wouldn't die without it. it just gets so damn annoying. and stressful. make my day.
i told my parents about it and they agreed to not buy a new laptop yet. so means i can only use during the weekend. i kind of like the idea of not having a laptop. at least it's not tempting and i can improve eyesight. and we save electricity :D yay me. haha.

anyway, i got hooked on sodoku recently. it gives you a stupid head ache but it's so addictive! :D hehh. and it sure makes you smarter... yupp. and me and reuby found out 3 different methods of soliving. cutting, elimination and errr, algebra. IT CAN WORK. ;D the algebra method is pure genius :P AHAHH. and to think i sucked at math. hmm..

today was an almost perfect day. yah, almost.
oh well, just got hit. hit so well it hurts. and the only good reason i can blog about this is because this blog is tested before and i know its rather deserted. thats one good thing i guess.

i have under estimated the mighty handphone. hmm.
just yesterday i thought i could live without portable mechanism.
like ipod, mp3, discman, whatever electronic stuff. i never once owned them.
so my plan to live without my handphone was going to be really easy. i mean i hardly ever touched it. BUT
started one fine day when i went with reuby to sent my parents off. then we went to eat at the fast food thing popeye. or something like that. super salty chicken. D: and err, nice fries. haha. okay then we went to bugis to shop. and then he realised he had something on at 4 and he asked me to go home myself. i just missed the stupid 66 so i didn't want to wait so i just took 960. and i was supposed to change at bukit timah. but i didn't know the stretch of bukit timah 960 goes to is so short, i just happily sat down. then after that i went to bukit panjang. then i realised... ER where is this place? so i decided to go to the nearest mrt station. then i went woodlands. some construction place. super oo loo. and only construction workers and some uncles and aunties were left. D: so of course start panicking. i was tempted to go to the bus uncle and ask but decided to wait. after all the bus will stop at a terminal sooner or LATER. grr. i sat the bus for like almost more than an hour. and it was raining ._. just nice lah. >:( GRR. so finally an mrt station appeared! haha! i ended up in kranji. wherever that is. Dx so i just waited and went back home by mrt. still must walk somemore. i'm gonna get reuby! ARGHH
and the entire time i could not call anyone cause i didn't have my stupid phone! i wanted to ask the construction worker but didn't dare. hehe.
singapore is still better off being small. xD

HOLIDAYS!(:
this is really late for a i love holidays post. D:
and the worst part of the holidays is really really the boredom.
i was supposed to cycle with eli today but she hasn't got well! boohoo. ):
the only part of the holidays that i actually look forward to is VBS! yeah. haha. it seems like it would be fun. xD then i'll be home alone again for 1 week. grr. with my bro and sis that is. my sis is back so it means less time for com, less time for tv, less time for everything! she'll need lots of time catching up on her youtube. ): hmm. youtube practically merged with her life. poor me lah.

HAPPY DAY NUMBER2!
hah. i went out to marina which is not so happy... but after that, my bro wanted to test drive so i went along. it was really scary lah. for me :D but fun. we were driving along the carpark and i suggested we go caltex. it's not very far, but it was scary lah. especially at the t junction. we prayed before we went caltex which is barely a km away. haha. and we bought milk! ahah. now i don't even have to walk to west mall! which is again not even a km away! hahaha! this rocks man.
and my bro wants to drive to church which my mum, duh, doesn't allow. it's like riding a roller coaster all the way to yio chu kang! i rather take a bus. :D ahaha. i can't wait for a day that he can drive me to town! :D i'm super excited :P

Today is the HAPPIEST DAY! of the week lah.
cause number one: there is netball, which is fun cause it's only games today:D
number two: blackmore won benchball cause the other houses didn't turn up and we had a full team so we won. haha. so stupid. we sit down there wait and talk and get a medal that says champion. :P
number three: the HAPPIEST thing ever! my bro passed his driving! with quite alot of points, unfortunately. but it's so exciting! then i can get free lifts even if my father is away! which is like now. yayyayyay! :D hee, but now i have to give him my entire kinder bueno box full of 16 kinder bueno bars. hmph.
number four: i'm going to watch a concert later!
and number five: it's my mum's birthday! :D YAY!

i've been feeling emotional. not the trend-emo. it's my own problem. maybe not emo. more of burdened. chemistry lesson kind of made me happy and lively again. but still, once you know the truth, how can you just forget it? and i just recalled something quite funny in the bus. i met my old friend from p2, err, rachel khoo and then we started talking about p2. and i told her p2 was my worst year cause of someone bullying me in school. bullying in mgs? yah. and she's still in mg. i hated her. and now i'm so much taller than her. SHORTIE! haha. so you see, when you do bad things, you don't grow. hah. and considering i'm not so short. now you know, :D so go scouting for short people that don't grow and you can amuse yourself by laughing at them. :P
